Made from a 16.5oz Japanese selvedge denim from the historic Kaihara denim mill in Japan. The denim is made of 16.5oz Japanese selvedge denim that has been dip-dyed by hand for a consistently dark indigo all over. The denim has also been treated through the wash process to give a lighter feel and give softness to the fabric inside. Tan leather patch on the back with C17 Jeans embossed design, solid brass rivets and buttons and finished with the C17 Jeans navy tab on the rear pocket. The cut of the denim is based on an archival 90s original C17 Jeans but has been slightly modified for an updated fit with a rise that can be worn higher or lower depending on preference.
