Please print off, and bring along your order confirmation, as we will require this as proof of purchase, valid identity, Credit Card used to make purchase and any Utility Bill with address that matched order confirmation. We do know this is a lot to ask for, but we need to protect our customers from potential fraud. Your postage will be refunded upon collection if incurred.
