Create your returns label and customs letter via our returns procedure & print off your label
Your return will be processed within 2 - 5 working days from sending

RETURNS INSTRUCTIONS
Once you have all of the information to hand please follow these three easy steps in order to complete your Return
1) Complete a returns form - This can be found on the reverse side of you invoice.
2) Pay for your returns label - Pay for your returns label using your credit/ debit card or via PayPal by adding this service to your basket and processing your payment via the checkout
Once we have received your order we will then process your return using the details provided within your order confirmation and email you your returns label and customs letter which must be attached to the outside of your package*
3) Return your item - Print your returns label and customers letter, attach it the the front of your parcel using the instructions provided. Once completed drop your parcel off to your local DHL Office
Once your parcel has been dropped off your item will take 2-5 working days to get back to us. You can keep an eye on the status of your parcel by using the tracking number provided once your receive your returns label. Once we have received your item(s) back we will than process a refund or exchange as per your instruction given on the returns form
