Carefully tanned for six months by Paraboot before undergoing the construction process the shoe remains timeless, sitting upon a rubber sole that features natural latex the shoe is put together using Paraboot's signature waterproof Norwegian welt construction - Norwegian Welt is the term used to define the two rows of stitching that securely hold the leather upper, welt and sole or midsole together. Please note: The outer layer of the leather is protected with a powder substance to protect the leather during transit and storage. This is not removed at dispatch. It can easily be removed by using a damp cloth or clear wax polish.
