How to measure jeans and find your size
Take of pair of your own jeans that resembles the fit you are interested in buying and measure them as follows (see sketch).
Waist
Lay garment flat. Face up with waistband edges even. Measure along top edge of waistband.
Front rise
Lay garment flat. Measure along curve from crotch point to top of waistband edge. Follow crotch curve do not stretch.
Leg opening
Lay garment flat. Face up. Measure straight across bottom edge.
Use these measurements as guide together with the size chart.
Please keep in mind that is a rough guide to find your size. Your size also depends on if you wear them high or low, if you prefer them tight or oversized, if the fabric is rigid or stretch.
If you buy jeans in dry denim, consider buying them slightly longer since they shrink lengthwise from wearing and the first wash.
