We ship all UK orders using DPD and  Royal Mail. 

All services are secure, tracked, and signed for.

Order cut-off:
Orders placed before 3pm (Mon–Fri) are dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after this time, or after 11:30am on Saturday, will be dispatched the next working day.

All weekend deliveries are sent via DPD with full tracking and SMS updates.


*Please note that Next Day Delivery and Special Saturday/Sunday Delivery are unavailable for orders shipping to the following UK postcodes: BT, LL, SY, LD, SA, PL, TR, IM.

#Important:
Someone must be available to sign. Couriers can wait a maximum of 10 minutes. Failed deliveries may incur additional charges.

Order Processing & Tracking
  • You’ll receive an order confirmation email after purchase
  • Once dispatched, tracking details will be sent via email (and SMS if a mobile number is provided)
  • If no one is available to sign, the courier will leave a card so you can rearrange delivery or collect from a local depot
  • Larger or high-value items may be sent via express services

  • British Isles & Southern Ireland: 3–4 working days

Northern Ireland

Orders shipped to Northern Ireland fall under our UK Shipping Terms & Conditions.

Please note the following restrictions apply:

  • DPD return labels cannot be purchased for Northern Ireland
  • Returns must be sent using a courier of your choice
  • Next Day and Special Delivery (1pm) services are not guaranteed for Northern Ireland deliveries
  • Delivery times may be longer than mainland UK

Any order placed for express delivery are dispatched on next working day

Why is my parcel delayed?

We’re sorry if your parcel is taking longer than expected.

Please note that estimated delivery times do not include possible customs delays or local courier disruptions.

Can I change my delivery address?

When ordering online, you may enter a different shipping address to your billing address.
However, for security reasons, we may only ship to the billing address or contact you to verify details before dispatch.

If you made a mistake with your delivery address, please contact us immediately so we can try to amend it.
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery addresses cannot be changed.

Orders placed by phone must be delivered to the billing address only.

Can someone else sign for my parcel?

Yes. Couriers such as Royal Mail, DHL, and DPD may require a signature upon delivery, but it does not need to be from the addressee.
Any signature obtained at the delivery address is treated as proof of delivery.

Please note:

  • Once a parcel has been signed for, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or misplacement thereafter.
  • Choose a secure delivery address if you may not be available to sign in person, and make sure to provide accurate delivery instructions to help ensure a smooth and successful delivery.

If using a work address for delivery, please be aware that it is at your own risk. We are not liable for parcels signed for by receptionists, mailroom staff, or colleagues. Ensure the address is safe and reliable before selecting it for delivery.
