Shipping Policy

At Dandy Fellow, we aim to deliver your order quickly, securely, and with care.

Order Processing

All orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Orders placed before 3pm, will usually be dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next working day. 

During busy periods or promotions, dispatch times may be slightly longer, but we’ll always do our best to keep things moving. 

 


 

UK Delivery

We offer reliable UK delivery using trusted courier services.

  • Standard UK Delivery:
    Estimated delivery within 2–4 working days from dispatch.

  • Next Working Day Delivery and special services (if available):
    Orders must be placed before the stated 3pm cut-off time to qualify.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or external factors beyond our control. (Kindly note that next day delivery is not a guarantee service)

 


 

International Delivery

We ship worldwide.

International delivery times and costs vary depending on destination and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. 


 


 


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

 


 

Safe Place & Delivery Instructions

If you choose to nominate a safe place or provide delivery instructions, responsibility for the parcel passes to you once delivery has been confirmed by the courier. Dandy Fellow cannot accept liability for parcels left in a safe place at the customer’s request. Please note once you have liaise with the courier for a safe place, you become contractually liable for the delivery.

 


 

Delays & Missing Parcels

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer service team. In rare cases where a parcel is delayed or missing, we’ll work closely with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
