Exchanges & Returns Policy

At Dandy Fellow, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

 


 

Returns Eligibility

You may return your order within 30 days for Full price products and 14 days for Sale products of receiving date, provided that:

  • Items are unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • All original tags, packaging, and labels are intact

  • Footwear is returned in the original shoebox, placed inside an outer box

  • Items show no signs of wear, damage, or odours

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

 


 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Underwear, socks, sunglasses,, skin care products, gift sets, dog toys, shoe care products and candles if used.

  • Sale items marked as non-returnable (if applicable)

  • Items damaged due to wear, misuse, or improper care

 


 

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact our customer service team before returning your item. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead subject to terms and conditions.

 


 

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refunds typically take 5–10 working days to appear, depending on your payment provider

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • If your return does not meet our policy conditions, it may be sent back to you

 


 

Faulty Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

 


 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

 


 

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs charges incurred. Original customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.
