HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
STEP ONE: Complete returns form
- Complete the returns form. This can be found on the reverse side of your invoice sheet within your delivery.
STEP TWO: Purchase your label
- We have teamed up with DHL to ensure our customers have the best possible service and rates for a return or exchange with an express service at £29.99. Alternatively, you can use a courier of your choice. (Please note we do not hold any responsibility for lost, damaged or delayed items. We are also unable to track these items on your behalf)
- Purchase your DHL label here. Once purchased, please email us (sales@stuartslondon.com) quoting the items you are returning with the five digit code in brackets on your invoice form. Example (49839). Please then allow at least 24 hours for your purchased label to be emailed to you.
STEP THREE: Send us your item

Useful info you need to know:
Orders placed on working days before 3PM GMT will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3PM GMT or on weekends will be dispatched the following working day.
- If your purchasing a Next Day Service on weekend order before 11am on Saturday (No Courier Service on Sunday & Bank Holidays)Parcels will reach on Monday as this is the next working day.
- Spend £75 or more and get a Free Standard Delivery anywhere in the UK.
- Spend £100 or more and get a Free Next Day Delivery anywhere in the UK - (Mon-Fri Only)
- Special Guaranteed Next Day UK Service can be purchased for £7.95(Excludes Sundays)
- International delivery is available to majority destinations around the world and when you spend £200 or £250 delivery is free , subject to terms and conditions.
